1. PLASTIC PIPES AND FITTINGS FACTORY

The factory specializes in manufacturing plastic pipes and plastic pipe fittings according to European standards. The products are manufactured on modern machinery lines according to German technology with safe and quality raw materials imported from the UAE and some Nordic countries.

The factory is in the Top 3 largest plastic pipe factories in Vietnam, with the capacity to produce plastic pipes & fittings with diameters up to 1,200 mm.

2. LED & ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT FACTORY

This is a manufacturer of electrical equipment products, belonging to the Top Electrical Equipment Manufacturers in Vietnam.

With the goal of replacing imported high-end goods, the factory has invested in a system of imported and synchronized machinery from Europe, hiring foreign experts to control quality and operation. 3. LIGHTING & LIGHTING POLES FACTORY

The factory specializes in manufacturing traffic light poles and squares. It is a rare factory in Vietnam that imports hydraulic aluminum casting machines with a pressing force of over a thousand tons, a 2000-ton sheet metal forming machine with a 12m span worth millions of USD/machine. In addition, the factory owns a synchronous technological line from straightening, cutting, forming, automatic welding, stamping, bending, and CNC to automatic design.

Thanks to the methodical investment, revenue has grown continuously by 200%/year over the past few years. The products are present in major projects such as the Cat Linh – Ha Dong elevated railway, Samsung Industrial Park, Industrial Parks, Squares, major highways, and national highways of the country.

 

4. FIREPROOF DOOR, STEEL DOOR FACTORY

This Fireproof Door and Steel Door Factory has a rapidly growing market share thanks to the thorough application of the differences from imported lines, especially the production speed of 1000m2 of doors per day for each type with foreign experts supervising. The diversification of products and the AMACCAO consumption ecosystem have helped the factory quickly affirm its position in the Vietnamese fireproof door market.

5. VALVE AND ACCESSORY FACTORY

AMACCAO owns a prestigious valve and accessory factory, ranked top 2 in Vietnam in terms of scale and output in the field of manufacturing valves, faucets, high-quality copper, aluminum alloy, and zinc accessories. In addition to domestic consumption, it has exported hundreds of thousands of water valves, air valves, gas valves, water heater valves, and medical equipment every month to demanding markets such as the UK, Canada, USA…

 

6. PURIFIED WATER & ALCOHOL FACTORY

In the field of beverage production, since 2008, AMACCAO Group has purchased shares to invest in the pure water production line system using Israeli technology and the wine production line using Japanese technology, hiring foreign experts and Japanese artisans to directly operate, transfer technology, and supervise quality.

Wine and water products are exploited and produced from the cleanest, purest, and most natural raw materials. That is the underground water source taken from a depth of over 200m and refined through a special 10-level filtration system of the ISRAEL – USA technology line to obtain sweet drops of water like the sweetness of natural rainwater; delicious wild apples from the Northwest mountains; fragrant white rice grains from the Northern Delta; quality Korean ginseng imported directly, and other products from nature.

AMACCAO has been, is, and will continue to bring to the market the best quality wine and water products, the safest for the health of Vietnamese consumers. Currently, purified water products are recognized as the top 3 products and brands with the largest sales volume in Vietnam.

7. CONCRETE CULVERT FACTORY

AMACCAO concrete culvert factory system spans 3 regions North – Central – South with diverse production capacity, meeting the quantity demand and quality standards of the current market.

Holding the No. 1 position in Vietnam in both scale and quality, the factory always applies the latest technologies in production activities, typically the technology of using high-strength, cold-rolled steel, saving 50% of steel in the culvert while still withstanding higher pressure. At the same time, it is the first enterprise to use dry concrete for culvert production, this is a superior advantage compared to other enterprises in the same industry. Not only that, the factory has invested in research and development of new molds, improved production lines to increase capacity by 10-15%, and diversified products with a total of 1,000 different product models that can be produced.

8. CONCRETE PILES & PRECAST CONCRETE STRUCTURES FACTORY

AMACCAO’s products include precast concrete components, centrifugal piles, decorative concrete, etc.

  • AMACCAO is the only unit in Vietnam that produces high-quality decorative concrete components for office buildings and 5-star hotels, and is also the only unit in Vietnam that purchases technology, successfully produces and supplies subway tunnel lining panels – a product with the most stringent requirements in the high-grade, high-tech concrete industry for the Hyundai – Ghella joint venture (between Korea and Italy) used in the Hanoi Metro subway project.
  • AMACCAO has been selected to produce 100% precast concrete components for the Factory with aesthetics and special fireproof requirements worth thousands of billions of VND for Samsung Group in the Samsung Thai Nguyen and Samsung Bac Ninh industrial parks. After many rounds of rigorous testing, the product was selected to replace imported products from Korea.
  • AMACCAO is also the first purely Vietnamese concrete component manufacturer in Vietnam that exports centrifugal piles to the world every month, helping to bring the country tens of millions of dollars each year.

The factory specializes in producing all kinds of concrete bricks used for high-rise, low-rise, infrastructure and pavement construction, parks, squares, etc. AMACCAO concrete bricks meet all the highest standards of the construction industry and the market for application in various purposes such as building foundation walls, building diaphragm walls, partition walls, soundproof walls, heat-insulating walls, solutions for pavement bricks, road paving bricks for heavy-duty vehicles, square paving bricks, garden paving bricks, parks, etc.

AMACCAO concrete brick factory is currently the only factory in Vietnam using hydraulic pressing loads twice as high as normal.
