NOVO-Viet Tiep’s three-step process has brought its valves and fittings closer to conquering the UK market

In order for each container to be exported to the UK market, NOVO-Viet Tiep Joint Stock Company (under AMACCAO Group) must comply with a strict three-step control process.

According to Mr. Nhuan,  four years after embarking on building the brand NOVO-Viet Tiep, the company’s products have covered 50/63 provinces in the domestic market. In particular, many partners have assessed that NOVO Viet Tiep’s products carry European standards with much more attention to detail than other companies in the industry.

“There are at least three steps our company must take when it comes to cooperation with other companies. Our partners participate almost entirely in the process of product creation and packaging. First, during the ordering process, partners dispatch experts to directly control the machining and technical criteria. After the product is finished,  the experts continue to control the packaging and preservation of the product. And finally, when the shipments arrive at the UK port, the partner once again checks the product quality after transit ”, Mr. Nhuan shared.

Due to going through a rigorous testing process under extreme pressure, and being checked with state-of-the-art technology that is operated by a team of industry experts, NOVO-Vet Tiep has never disappointed customers in their manufacturing of high-quality products and their commitment to transparent business transactions.

The director of NOVO-Viet Tiep added: “Foreign partners such as India, or Korea require a very high product quality, but require the most economical price.  In the end, we were able to reach an agreement in which all parties were happy and smiling about the outcome.”

Notably, the copper component in the BS5154: 1991 standard, the standard only needs 56-57% to pass, we often exceed 58-61% for this component. In addition, the lead content of NOVO-Viet Tiep products is always below 2.2%, minimizing the risk of lead poisoning ”.

In order to keep up with the continuous change in technology, Ms. Ngo Thi Anh Dao shared that for each product, NOVO-Viet Tiep follows the criteria: First, the design is born, developed, and continuously improved.
